Set up to provide medical education to ex-members and their widows, ACMS is one of the most renowned colleges of the country. ACMS provides Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) degrees

The remaining 15 seats are reserved for candidates who qualify under the Army Quota. For B.Sc. MLT, all 30 seats are filled under the Army Quota.
