Step 1: Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2023 Registration
Each medical applicant must first register on the official website and make the requisite UK NEET 2023 payment. It should be noted that both the counselling fee and the security deposit are obligatory payments and that only the security deposit is refundable.

Step 2: Fill the Uttarakhand NEET Counselling form
After creating id and password, student is required to fill the Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2023 form and take a print out of the same and pay the fees accordingly.

- Medical aspirants can willingly take an exit in the first round of Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2023 itself without any penalty being imposed.
- It is necessary for a medical aspirant to report after getting the seat. Where the candidate does not report after seat allotment, then when initiating Round 2, student will not be allowed to take an exit.
- In case the student does not participate after allotment of seat in the second round, then in that case there will be no refund of security deposit.

- Where the student does not get a seat or if the student got a seat but do not wish to take admission then, student will be eligible to get a refund of the security amount paid at the time of counselling. After all the rounds of counselling are finished, the refund amount is processed.

Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2023
The following prerequisites must be met in order to register for NEET UG. counselling process
- A medical student must get a minimum of 50% overall (or 40% for students from the reserved categories) in physics, chemistry, and biology in 12th grade.
- Students must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2023, however applicants from the reserved category have a 5-year age relaxation.
- Student must be an Indian citizen to claim seat under Government, Private, Management.
- Foreign Nationals are also eligible to apply for seats under NRI/Other Quota.
- Qualifying for NEET entrance exam is a must without which a student cannot participate in Uttarakhand NEET Counselling.
- Other State students are also eligible to apply for management quota seat in Private Medical and Dental Colleges.
- Other State Students who have done 10th and 10+2 form Uttarakhand can claim Government seat under UR category.
- Domicile candidates are eligible for all seats.
Criteria for Non- Domicile Claim
Candidates who do not have a domicile in Uttarakhand but have completed their 10th and 12th grades are eligible for government seats to study medicine in 2023. These applicants will not be considered for any reservations.
