NEET PG Counselling Process 2024

In MCC Counselling, students can apply for 50% of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats, as well as seats in ESIC, 100% deemed universities, AFMC, BHU, AMU, Central Universities, and Institutions. The counselling process includes four rounds conducted online: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and the Stray Round.
The remaining 50% of the AIQ seats are allocated through state-level counselling, which covers 50% of government college seats and 100% of private college seats.
How many seats are in NEET PG 2024?
In the total of 46,495 postgraduate (PG) medical seats available, 30,759 are for MD programs and 15,736 are for MS programs. Of the MD seats, 22,522 are officially recognized by the National Medical Council (NMC). The remaining 8,237 MD seats are permitted but not yet fully recognized, potentially requiring additional steps for full approval.
For MS programs, 11,885 seats are recognized, allowing graduates to practice as surgeons, while 3,851 are permitted seats, which are provisionally approved and may require further action for complete recognition.

Step 1 – Visit the official website
Primarily, student is required to visit the official website of MCC for obtaining seat through All India Quota and for admission in specific state, student shall apply in state counselling authority’s website
Step 2 – Registration
Student shall then begin to register by mentioning all the necessary information asked like name, date of birth, contact information, and NEET PG roll number.
Step 3 – Upload Documents
Post registration, some of the necessary documents are asked to submit for verification purpose.
Step 4 – Payment of NEET PG Application Form
After the NEET PG Application form is filled and uploaded successful, the next step is to make the payment online through various payment methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, or other electronic payment options.
Step 5 – Download for future reference
