Introduction
The Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 for Medical & Dental Programmes is being organised by the Department of Medical Education & Research, often known as "DMER," in Haryana. Both government (85%) and private (100%) medical and dental seats in the state are subject to this counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which is not a part of the official counselling procedure, will handle counselling for the state's Deemed College.

Haryana NEET MBBS Counselling 2023 Registration
The steps to be followed for applying in the Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 Registration process are as follows
STEP 1: Registration
The first step in receiving NEET counselling in Haryana is to register on the official website, https://dmer.haryana.gov.in/. An active phone number and email address are required for Haryana NEET 2023 registration
Step 2: Fill the Haryana NEET Counselling form
After creating id and password, student is required to fill the Haryana NEET Counselling form and take a printout of the same and pay the fees accordingly.
The authorities will publish the seat vacancy details for each round of counseling. A merit list will also be published based on the NEET scores and other eligibility criteria.
STEP 3 : Choice filling
Students can start filling out the choices once the results of the mock test are announced. Since there can be no additions once the selections have been made, it is a crucial step that calls for wise decision-making. Rearranging or deleting is permitted, though.
SEAT 4 : Allotment of Seat
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of the choice filled by the candidate, their NEET score, seat availability and reservation
STEP 5 : Verification of Documents
The candidates who successfully completed the registration process will be needed to complete the verification process when a list has been made public by DMER Haryana. In order to complete the document verification process, the medical student must appear before the admissions committee at the Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The administration will then let the applicant know whether or not they are qualified to attend Haryana NEET counselling after allotment.
STEP 5 : Reporting
After the declaration of final result, make the payment after which student shall be required to report to the respective authority and then at last to the college allotted.

The required set of documents that shall be required by every medical aspirant during Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 are as follows:-

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana UG NEET Counselling 2023
Every medical candidate seeking to participate in Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 must note that the prerequisites listed below must be met :-
- The student must be a citizen of India to claim seat under Government, Private and Management
- The student is required compulsorily to qualify NEET entrance exam
- The candidate must be a legal Haryana resident and parents shall have permanent residence certificate
- All the candidates around the globe are eligible to apply for Haryana NEET Counselling 2023 management quota seats.
- The age of medical aspirant shall not less than 17 years of age
- Student must have obtained at least 50% PCB for general category, 45% for general PH and 40% for ST/SC/OBC
- Student must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as their core subjects
- Non-domicile students can apply for management quota seats in private medical and dental college.
- Domicile candidates are eligible to participate for seats in Government, Government – aided Private, Private Institution
Salient Features of Haryana UG Counselling 2023
- Seven-year service bond of Rs. 10 lakhs is mandatory for students taking admission in a Government Medical College except in Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College, Faridabad
- Free exit is only applicable in round 1.
- A security deposit is required for Round 2 of counseling, and it will be adjusted against the tuition fee if a seat is allotted and admission is taken.
- If a student does not get any seat, the security deposit will be refunded after all rounds of counselling are completed.
- If a student does not report to the college in Round 2 after getting a seat, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- The verification of documents will be done after the seat is allotted.
- It is mandatory to lock the choices in every round, or else the student will not be considered for the allotment.
- During the mop-up round, a partial fee will be collected on the spot.
- Fresh registration will open before every round of counselling.
