Documents Required for Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2024-25

For students interested in participating in Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2024, the necessary set of documents required are as follows:-

• NEET UG 2024 Admit Card
• NEET UG 2024 Score Card
• Class X Marksheet (both sides)
• Class XI Mark Sheet (both sides of Certificate)
• H.S.C. Mark sheet (both sides of Mark Sheet) or any other equivalent examination.
• Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. or equivalent courses
• Certificate for proof of study from VI Std. to XII Std. for the candidates who have studied completely in Tamil Nadu

Documents of Parent need to be uploaded for the candidate who claim their native as Tamil Nadu for communal reservation: -

• Community Certificate of either one of the parents obtained from the competent Revenue Authority in Tamil Nadu
• Bonafide Certificate from Chief Educational Officer is mandatory to the candidates who have studied VI Std. to XII Std. in Tamil Nadu Government Schools for 7.5% Special Reservation (students who completed HSC in 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 need not get the bonafide certificates as their data will be verified with EMIS).    
• Income Certificate of parent for the candidates claiming fee exemption
• Eligibility Certificate obtained from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Guindy, Chennai for the candidate of other Universities / Boards (except Tamil Nadu State Board, CBSE Board & ISCE Board)

• Linguistic Minority Certificate (Telugu & Malayalam)
• Christian Minority Certificate

Documents Required for candidates claiming NRI status:-

• NRI status of the financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country under their seal or OCI card
• Certificate of Relationship between the NRI financial supporter and the candidate issued by the competent Revenue authority, valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter.
• NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter.

Puducherry NEET UG Counselling 2024 Documents Required

For participating in Puducherry NEET UG Counselling 2024-25, the necessary documents required are as follows-

List of documents (self-attested copies) to be uploaded by all candidates:-

• Passport size photograph of the applicant (20 to 50 KB)
• Scanned signature of the applicant (20 to 50 KB)
• Birth Certificate / High School / Higher Secondary School Certificate for verification of date of birth (100 to 500 KB)

Note: Candidates who have studied in Lycée Français and opt for UG NEET courses should produce an eligibility certificate issued from the Pondicherry University subject to the fulfillment of other eligibility conditions.

• Residence / Community, if applicable (100 to 500 KB)

Additional Documents for NRI / NRI Sponsored / OCI / FN are:-

• Passport / VISA / Resident VISA / Green Card / Citizenship Card / OCI Card (obtained before 04/03/2021) of the Parent or Sponsor.
• Embassy Certificate of the Parent / Sponsor (Certificate from the Consulate).
• Affidavit from the NRI / NRI sponsor that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized by the concerned country.
• Relationship certificate in the form of an Affidavit from the parent, if the parent is not the sponsor.

Telangana NEET UG Counselling 2024 Documents Required

For participating in the Telangana NEET UG Counselling 2024, keep the below given documents ready :-

• SSC or equivalent examination containing the Date of Birth
• Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination

• Service records of parents or SSC/ SSLC certificate of parent/ relative if parent is not in-service If applicable)
• Minority certificates issued by the concerned Department ( If applicable)
• Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Telangana have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar excluding the period of study/employment outside the State.
• The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar.
• Local Residence Certificate issued by MRO for candidates appeared privately.
• Candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories i.e. CAP, PMC and Anglo Indian should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim.
• EWS Certificate issued with validity for 2023- 24 for claiming reservation under EWS Categories issued by Competent Authority (Tahasildar) of State of Telangana.
• NCC Certificates obtained before qualifying examination for award of grace marks.
