Bihar UG NEET Counselling Admission Process
Step 1 : Registration
The first step in receiving NEET counselling in Bihar is to register on the official website,
https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/. An active phone number and email address are required for Bihar NEET 2023 registration
Step 2 : Fill the Bihar UG NEET Counselling Application form
After creating id and password, student is required to fill the Bihar NEET Counselling 2023 form and take a print out of the same and pay the fees accordingly.
The authorities will publish the seat vacancy details for each round of counseling. A merit list will also be published based on the NEET scores and other eligibility criteria.
Step 3 : Choice filling
Students can start filling the MBBS colleges of their choice once the results of the mock test are announced. Since there can be no additions once the selections have been made, it is a crucial step that calls for wise decision-making. Rearranging or deleting is permitted, though.
Step 4 : Reporting
After the declaration of final result, make the payment after which student shall be required to report to the respective authority and then at last to the college allotted.

Candidate has to pay Rs. 1200/-(One Thousand Two Hundred Only) for UNRESERVED/BC/EBC candidates and Rs. 600/-(Six Hundred) only for SC/ST/DQ candidates as non refundable registration / counselling fee through online mode only e.g. by Credit card/Debit Card/ Net Banking / UPI. But in case of Pvt. Colleges, all candidates have to pay Rs.1200/- only as non-refundable Registration & Counselling Fee.

Bihar MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2023
Applying for Bihar NEET counselling 2023 admission there are some essential conditions that must be fulfilled. The conditions are as follows:-
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Medical aspirant must be above 17 years of age
For Domicile Students :-
- Parent of Domicile student must be a permanent resident of India
- Candidate whose parents are refugees in Bihar
- Candidates whose parents do not live in the state permanently but who are employed by the Bihar government.
- The parents of students who are in a transferable job in Bihar and Jharkhand state.
- The candidate's parents should be working in the Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India.
- Candidates whose parent/s are working with the United Nations and are recruited in Bihar.
- Candidates for the general category must have passed the qualifying test for class 12 with a combined score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The requirement for SC/ST/OBC candidates, on the other hand, is a minimum qualifying exam score of 40%.
- Domicile candidate have access to all the available seats

Salient Features of Bihar NEET Counseling 2023
- In Round 1, students can exit the counseling process without any charges.
- The application form can be filled in Round 1 and Mop-up rounds.
- In Round 2, there is no fresh registration.
- Physical document verification is conducted after the seat allotment.
- It is mandatory for students to lock their choices in every round to be considered for the seat allotment process.
- Students who wish to participate in the Mop-up round must carry a demand draft of Rs 12 lakhs for MBBS and Rs 50,000 for BDS.
- 33% of the seats are reserved for female candidates.
