Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (NIMSR) was established in 2023. It is located in Kohima, Nagaland. As it is recognised by the NMC and affiliated with Nagaland University, it makes it a preferred choice for MBBS in Nagaland.

In terms of infrastructure, NIMSR is uniquely positioned in terms of the state-of-the-art facilities to meet the academic needs as well as the clinical needs of the students.
