Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute (MMCHRI), located in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, has been shaping the future of medical professionals since 2003. Run by the Meenakshi Ammal Trust—which was established in 1983 to make quality education accessible to all—the college is now a part of Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER) and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). With 250 MBBS seats, 24 postgraduate, and 4 super-specialty courses, MMCHRI offers a well-rounded education rooted in strong academic and clinical training. Admission is based on NEET.

The college is home to a massive 1110-bed teaching hospital that sees over 1,100 patients daily, providing students with invaluable real-world clinical exposure. First-year MBBS students are required to stay in the hostel to help them settle into college life.
