Also known as Andhra Medical College, ACSR Government Medical College is in Nellore and was established in the year 1963 and is affiliated with Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada.

ACSR stands for Andhra Medical College, Siddhartha College of Medical Sciences, and Rangaraya Medical College, which were merged to form a single entity. The college offers undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS) programs in various medical specialties.
