SGT Gurgaon MBBS Seats under NRI Quota

Out of the total 150 MBBS seats, a fixed percentage is reserved for NRI/NRI-sponsored candidates in accordance with the guidelines of the National Medical Commission and the SGT University norms.

Generally, about 15% of the total intake is allotted to NRI quota. This means around 22–23 seats may be allocated to eligible NRI applicants each year. These seats are highly sought after and come with a different fee structure.

Eligibility Criteria

  2. Through centralized counseling conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, which handles NRI quota admissions in private universities within the state.

  • Counseling & Preference Locking

Once registered, students must:

  1. Participate in the counseling rounds (either university-specific or Haryana State counseling).
  2. During the preference-filling step, select “SGT Medical College” and opt for the NRI quota specifically.
  3. Lock your choices within the given timeline to ensure eligibility in seat allotment.
  • Seat Allotment
