Introduction to NEET UG Cutoff 2024

The revised results for NEET UG 2024 have been released, showing a decline in the minimum qualifying marks across various categories. This adjustment in the cutoff scores has notable implications for the overall pass rate and the number of top-ranking candidates.

The NEET UG cutoff 2024 for the unreserved category has decreased from 164 to 162, while the cutoff for OBC, SC, and ST categories has been adjusted from a range of 163-129 to 161-127. This reduction in NEET UG 2024 qualifying marks indicates a slight relaxation in the criteria needed to pass the exam. Despite this, the total number of students who passed the NEET UG 2024 has slightly decreased from 1,316,268 to 1,315,853. 

Additionally, the number of NEET UG 2024 toppers has significantly dropped from 61 to just 17. This change suggests that while the exam may have been challenging, the competition for top ranks has intensified.
