Chhattisgarh UG NEET Counselling Admission Process
Let's start with learning about the Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2023 procedure and understanding precisely how to submit an application for CG NEET 2023.
STEP 1: Register on the official website i.e. cgdme.co.in then login using ID and password.
STEP 2: Fill the Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling application form and don’t forget to take a print out of online application by paying the fees
STEP 3: Upload the required set of documents such as NEET Admit Card, rank card, 12th marksheet, signature of parents and student as well as thumb impression of student along with his or her photograph
STEP 4: After uploading all the documents, secret key will be given which a student will be required to download document verification slip.
STEP 5: Students can start filling the MBBS colleges of their choice once the results of the mock test are announced. Since there can be no additions once the selections have been made, it is a crucial step that calls for wise decision-making. Rearranging or deleting is permitted, though.
STEP 6: And when the final result is declared, student can then proceed to pay fee.
STEP 7: The last step is Reporting. After the Chhattisgarh NEET first round counselling results, student should report to the respective authority before going to the college.

Eligibility Criteria for Chhattisgarh UG NEET Counselling 2023
Here are certain requirements that each student must meet in order to be eligible to take part in the Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2023 :-
- Passing the NEET entrance exam is a must.
- A candidate for medical school must be a native of Chhattisgarh and have lived there for 15 years.
- The candidate's parent or guardian must be a working or retired state government employee, or have owned property or a business in the state for the previous five years.
- The candidate's parent or legal guardian must be a member of the central government who is presently assigned to Chhattisgarh.
- It is important to be an Indian citizen to be able to apply for a government, private or management position.
In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should meet at least one of the ones listed below:
(a) The candidate should have completed at least three years of study in the state.
(b) The candidate must have successfully completed both the 11th and 12th grades in the state.
Salient Features of Chhattisgarh NEET Counselling 2023
- Free exit is only available in Round 1.
- In Round 2, you can't get out if you don't report. You have to pay a security deposit.
- If a seat is not taken after the Round 2 allotment, the security deposit is not refundable.
- Verification of documents will take place at Raipur when the candidate reports for duty.
- All eligible candidates (not allotted a seat or allotted a seat and taken admission) will receive a refund of their security deposit after the completion of all rounds of counselling.
- The Application form will only be available once before Round 1.
Type of Seats in Medical Colleges of Chhattisgarh
- Government seat: These seats are offered in government medical/dental colleges in Chhattisgarh and are available only to domicile candidates.
- State quota seats in private colleges: These seats are offered in private medical/dental colleges for students who are domiciled in Chhattisgarh.
- Private management seat: These seats are open for non-domiciled students.
- NRI seat in private colleges: These seats are offered in private medical/dental colleges in Chhattisgarh for students who are NRIs.
